OOLO Foundation Supported the modernization and upgrading of a Health facility in Mfangano Island.
Introduction
Mfangano Central Adventist Mission Health Center, started in January 2022, in Mfangano Island Homa Bay County, Kenya, is registered by the government of Kenya and by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
Mfangano Central Adventist Mission Health Center is a community faith-based facility situated with the compound of the SDA Church and thus managed by a Board put in place by Mfangano Central SDA Church of Lake Victoria Field.
Being a community medical center, it serves all personsand does not discriminate in terms of religion, race, gender, tribe or political affiliation.

SENA HEALTH CLINIC, MFANGANO ISLAND, KENYA
The clinic was severely damaged during a wind storm in mid December 2025. The medical staff requested assistance to rebuild the roof that was blown off the top and associated damages. The Foundation managed to assist by sending some funds to purchase and re-install the roof. We certainly hope our assistance helped to get the clinic back in operation to serve the local community.
