Support the inaugural meeting of the Mfangano Development Forum (MDF) at Peace Resort in Mfangano Island, Homa Bay County, Kenya.
MDF is a registered community based organization (CBO) under the CoOperative Act of Kenya. MDF objective is to improve the socio-economic levels of the residents of Mfangano Island through public participation in policy formulation, public private partnerships on development projects: engagement with public sector at District; County; and National government levels on delivery of gazetted projects.
This inaugural meeting of Dec 2021 brought together the various stakeholders ie the community, MDF, district, county and national representatives.
